Miller’s Home and Garden is a project that enabled significant improvement to the online performance of the business. Our team designed a concept for a website that would highlight the vibrant nature of the business while also ensuring that the family tradition of the business was clear and evident. About the client

Millers Hardware was established in 1973 by Pat Miller Snr. The business is proud of its long history serving the people of Laois.

Product knowledge and customer service have allowed Millers to build a brand that brings value to the local customer. Hardware and Gardening supplies were the focus of the business for many decades. In 2018, Pat and his wife Nicky decided to set up Miller’s Home and Garden in its current location on the Dublin Road, Portlaoise.

This new improved location allows for easier road access with extensive free parking. The new store is continuously upgrading and expanding its product offerings including its determination to have an online e-commerce presence.

Our team have designed and developed an e-commerce website for Millers that focuses on their Gardening Machinery such as Lawnmowers, Hedgecutters and Chainsaws. This bespoke website was focused on SEO performance with dedicated category pages and significant blog material to help boost keyword recognition for such a new website. Our team also has taken commercial photography that enables a quality representation of the business online. We have also worked on the Millers Social Media and Advertising Strategies across several campaigns. This has increased awareness of the business among Portlaoise Hardware online traffic.
