The Vaults Group — Europe’s largest independent supplier of safe deposit boxes — engaged VIMAR to design and build a security-first mobile app that makes it easy for customers to schedule visits across multiple locations and arrange consultations to buy or sell gold/silver bullion. The app streamlines bookings, enforces verification, and standardises the in-branch experience across Ireland and the UK, aligning with Safe Deposit Federation standards for privacy and security.

Our Work

• Product & UX: Journeys for booking visits, choosing time slots, and requesting bullion consultations; clear guidance and friction-reduced flows for security-sensitive actions.
• App Development: iOS and Android builds with location picker, capacity-aware time slots, user registration, and profile management.
• Secure Booking Engine: Role-based access, encrypted data in transit and at rest, audit logs, and automated confirmations/reminders (email/SMS/push).
• Verification & Compliance: Collection of required personal details (name, phone, email, country of residence), GDPR-aligned consent, data retention policies, and privacy controls.
• Operations Tooling: Admin console for locations, opening hours, blackout dates, and slot capacity; reporting for footfall and utilisation.
