As Europe’s largest independent supplier of safe deposit boxes, the Vaults Group needed a security-first mobile app that made it simple for customers to book visits and arrange bullion consultations, while still meeting the highest compliance standards.

For most people, visiting a safe deposit box or arranging a bullion consultation isn’t something they do every day. With the Vaults Group App, it’s now a secure and streamlined experience.

The challenge

Vaults Group operates multiple locations across Ireland and the UK, serving thousands of customers who rely on them to safeguard valuables. Historically, scheduling was done over the phone—time-consuming for everyone involved.

The goal was ambitious but clear:

Designing the experience

When you’re designing an app for something as sensitive as vault access, every click and screen must feel reassuring and easy to follow.

The app reduces friction while keeping every step clear and secure.

Building the app
